Shopping Information
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 4-8 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €85. For smaller orders, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the item’s size and weight.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across EU. Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination country.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via major Estonian bank links, credit and debit cards, and selected e-wallets. Some installment or financing options may also be available at checkout depending on the customer country.
How does financing work?
We offer different kind of financing via our partner Inbank.
We offer the following options
1) Buy now, Pay in 30 days
2) Buy now, pay in 90 days
3) Hire Purchase agreement
In the checkout, simply select the most convenient option and you will be directed to Inbank's page for additional data & credit check. If everything is alright, contract & purchase will be automatically submitted.
Order Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as needed.
What is the product warranty?
All products come with a 2-year warranty.
